Hey.

My name is Shauna Fields (née Stacy).

My reputation is built on seeing things others do not, and working across organizations as a “silo buster” to ensure open communication and a clear understanding of customer/client needs. Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed strategizing for and leading any project that bridges digital tools, human communication, and change management and am extremely passionate about leveraging collaborative enterprise tools to engage employee audiences. You can learn more about this at intranetsarehard.com.

Outside of work, I love reading and enjoy writing and publishing fiction in the “magical realism” genre (under a pen name). I’m also an avid puzzler (yes that’s a thing!) and movie lover.

I’m an advocate and supporter of domestic violence victims and survivors, and organizations who support them (e.g. NCADV and Sojourner Center).

More than anything, I love spending time at home with my family and pets. With so much going on, I’m not as active on social media as I once was but if you’d like to connect, find me on Twitter or connect with me on LinkedIn.
